RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Rive Dorée, we are committed to providing products that meet the highest standards of quality. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and tags.

Requesting a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our support team at rivedoree.team@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and a brief explanation for your return request.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. 

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Rive Dorée cannot assume responsibility for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 3–6 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes when inventory permits. Exchanges are also available for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Authorization

Please do not send any items back without first contacting our customer service team. The appropriate return address and instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.
