If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

To start a return, simply email us at rivedoree.team@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved, we'll send you the return instructions and the return address.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 3–6 business days after approval.

Need a different size? We also offer size exchanges, subject to product availability. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll gladly arrange a replacement.

Please note that gift cards, final sale items, and products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
